ABOUT

I’m wired to figure people out.
I see the patterns, the energy, the blocks—before you even have words for them.
It’s not just intuition, it’s how my brain works. I can feel what’s underneath and find the exact shift that changes everything. I love the challenge. The decoding. The moment it clicks and everything realigns. Helping ambitious women unleash what’s been buried under pressure, perfection, or fear? That’s the work I was made for. I’m not here to tell you who to be. I’m here to help you remember who you’ve always been— and step fully into who you're here to become. The science excites me. The strategy grounds me. But it’s the soul work—the real work—that fuels me. This isn’t just what I do.
It’s who I am.

Intentionality vs Hustle

Ready to work with those who are ready to engage in personal development, who show up with intention, who practice growth mindset, want to gain deep awareness, learn from their experiences; find the greatest Joy, peace and fulfillment in life.

MY MISSION

My mission is to leave the world more regulated, self-aware, and alive — inspiring women to live authentically, think differently, and pursue fulfillment through the science of the mind and the truth of who they are.

It was about 1989, I was about 10 when I told my dad I wanted to be a brain surgeon — because I wanted to go into my mom’s brain and do some rewiring.

At the time, I didn’t understand trauma. I just knew something in her mind kept her small, scared, and stuck. Causing a life of self sabotage, self medicating and self abandonment. As I got older, I realized trauma is tricky like that — it rewires the brain to survive, not thrive. It convinces you that you’re not smart enough, capable, or worthy. It hides behind fear, insecurity, and shame.

My mom showed me what unhealed trauma can do. My dad taught me grit, perseverance, and how to keep showing up.

Without realizing it, I became obsessed with the space in between — where mindset meets emotion, where the brain meets behavior. Even back then, I knew success came down to how you think, what you believe, and your capacity to keep going no matter what.

The Fight for My Own Mind

From the outside, people have always seen me as driven — the one who can do hard things, who sets a goal and follows through. I’ve heard, “If anyone can do it, it’s you.” But what most don’t see is that every single accomplishment was a fight with my own mind — with fear, self-doubt, and anxiety that sometimes felt unbearable. Every “win” came from deciding I was at cause in my life, not at the effect of it.

One of my biggest lessons came during my first full Ironman. As everyone ran into the water, I froze. Terrified. I actually started backing away until a stranger saw me crying and told a volunteer to help. She gave me a hug, and somehow, I just got in. I cried through every breath until I didn’t — until I found peace there in the water. That day, I didn’t finish the race. I got injured on the bike. But a year later, I went back and crossed that finish line.

That’s what my work is built on — learning how to regulate your nervous system through fear, rewire your inner dialogue, and keep showing up anyway.

The Rewiring

In 2019 Thirty Years after I said I wanted to be a brain surgeon, I walked away from a multi–six-figure photography business to pursue what I’d always known I was meant to do. Rewire Minds.

And of course, the universe tested me. COVID hit. Everything I built disappeared overnight. I could’ve gone back to what was safe. But I didn’t. Because I’m a no–plan–B kind of woman.

I dove deeper — into neuroscience, Human Design, subconscious reprogramming, trauma-informed coaching — and learned what it really takes to create change that lasts.

I discovered how to help people release fear at the root level, regulate their nervous system, and finally believe in what’s possible. Somewhere along the way, I realized: I actually became the brain surgeon I dreamed of being. I just use words, awareness, and energy instead of scalpels.

Why I Do This Work

I believe that when a woman understands her own mind, she becomes unstoppable.

When she learns to work with her design instead of against it, she stops chasing, starts choosing, and finally feels at home in her own life.
That’s the work I do now.

I help ambitious women decode the patterns that keep them stuck — through the lens of neuroscience, subconscious reprogramming, and Human Design. We trace what’s running the show beneath the surface, process what the body has been holding, and rebuild the identity that matches the life they’re ready to live.
Because healing isn’t about becoming someone new — It’s about remembering who you were before the world told you to be someone else.

Because of Her...

The woman who influenced everything — without ever meaning to.  Beneath the bruises on her face and the alcohol on her breath. Beneath the fear, the shame, and the trauma that shaped her every word. My mom was brilliant, creative, and funny — my biggest cheerleader.

She was the kind of woman who could light up a room and make everyone laugh and yet never truly felt safe in her own body. She had so much potential, so much heart, but she was trapped inside the stories her mind kept telling her. I watched her fight herself for decades — the fear of not being enough, the anger she didn’t know how to name, the exhaustion of surviving without ever feeling free.
And somewhere in that, I made a silent promise: that I would find a way to live the life she never got to.

For years, I tried to prove I wasn’t like her — to outrun the pain, to control what she couldn’t, to build a life that looked strong.
But healing isn’t about proving you’re different. It’s about understanding what shaped you, honoring it, and choosing a new story.

And Maybe.

There’s an old belief that when a woman has a daughter, she passes her story and her legacy down. It moves from womb to womb — a lineage of memory, emotion, and meaning.

That line ends with me.

I never had a daughter, and for a long time that felt like a loss.
But somewhere along the way, I realized — maybe that little girl I keep seeing isn’t someone I was meant to raise, but someone I was meant to heal, to become. Maybe the real work was mothering my own soul — breaking the cycle, freeing the line, and creating a new legacy of safety, joy, and possibility.

And maybe… I was never meant to pass this story down by blood — but through the women I help now.

Every time a woman learns to trust herself, regulate her nervous system, and finally feel safe in her own skin, my line heals a little more.
That’s how her story — and mine — continue.
