(Module 6 • Lesson 3)
In this lesson, we explore how to design a consistent, adaptable session structure that aligns with your coaching style, supports your energy, and creates repeatable transformation.
You’ll be introduced to Amanda’s three-part signature session arc, and learn how to build your own structure that holds both you and your client, without caging your intuition.
🔑 Think of this as your personal methodology—one you can adapt across single sessions, multi-month coaching, or even future courses and group programs.
This model is designed to be fluid, intuitive, and effective—especially for non-linear coaches who resist rigid structures.
| Phase | Focus | Tools/Examples |
| Decode | Identify the real root of the patternListen for cues in language, body, HD, trauma patterns | Intake forms, HD chart, language cues, energy shifts |
| Rewire | Shift internal experience through subconscious, emotional, and energetic change | Belief reprogramming, somatic work, EFT, NLP, Human Design reflection |
| Integrate | Ground the insight through lived practice and aligned action | Assignments, reflection, rituals, embodiment work |
🔍 Tip: Even sharing HD insights alone can create a rewiring effect by offering validation and nervous system safety.
| What Stays Consistent | What Can Shift |
| Framework (Decode → Rewire → Integrate)Coaching tone + presenceCore tools you rely on (HD, parts work, somatics, etc.) | Entry point (where client is at)Methods used (EFT, journaling, NEE, breathwork)Session depth + pacing |
Think of it like jazz:
🎵 You set the melody. They bring the improvisation.
| Style | Description | Best for… |
| Themed | Pre-planned topics or focus areas | Short series, content-driven work |
| Mapped | Sequential flow or curriculum | Programs, learning-focused containers |
| Responsive | Loose framework + adaptability | Long-term coaching, evolving client needs |
| Fluid | Fully intuitive and present-moment | Projectors, 2/4s, emotionally-led sessions |
Use your arrows, authority, type, and profile to guide which format fits your energetic rhythm best.
Build a flexible template that holds your session’s arc, not a rigid agenda. Here’s one suggestion:
🛠 Consider making your own cue cards or a 1-page session cheat sheet for visibility during sessions.
📌 Reminder: Prep doesn’t have to mean control. It can mean readiness to dance with the moment.
In the next lesson, we’ll zoom out again to explore how to support and track the full coaching journey—with personalized systems, rituals, and tools that hold both your energy and your client’s experience between sessions.
